ESG Initiatives

We recognise the importance of robust Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) practices as part of our responsibility to our key stakeholders.

DX Imaging is committed to ethical business practices and has signed up to an ESG Ethics Pledge which abides by the 10 Principles of the United Nations Global Compact.

Environmental Initiatives

Our goal is to decentralize access to diagnostics imaging services and improve convenience for patients to get appointments closer to home. We aim to reduce patient journeys and travel time to make healthcare more patient-focused while reducing carbon footprint.

DX Imaging encourages providers and patients to go “paperless” by replacing hard copy film images with quality digital alternatives. Our innovative imaging technology also powers remote radiology reporting and efficient exchange of diagnostic images to patient records.

We collaborate closely with our preferred equipment providers to explore ongoing energy-efficient innovations and practices to reduce carbon emission, power consumption.

Social

In addition to creating a conducive and safe working environment at DX Imaging, we recognize the need to invest in our talent. We offer ongoing training, sponsorship and continuing education programs to our staff to support their ongoing growth. We want to enable our talent pool to build a career with us and in return, we are also committed to invest in their development.

We also invest in our systems and technology to ensure we protect patient privacy and confidentiality. Our appointed PDPA officer regularly conducts reviews of our systems and processes to ensure we are adequately protected from any potential breach.

Governance

Good corporate governance is key to protecting and creating value for our stakeholders. Our Board is committed to maintaining high standards of corporate governance and has adopted a system of internal controls, risk management processes and corporate governance policies and practices to support and promote the responsible management and conduct of our business.

A key component of the Group’s risk management is clinical governance, which is managed in accordance Healthcare Service Act (HCSA) licensing requirements administered by Ministry of Health. This is managed through several layers of governance from the Licensee, Key Appointment Holders, Principal Officer, Clinical Governance Officer and Section leaders.
